I recently entertained at Village Crossing’s New Year’s Celebration and WOW was it a great experience. First, the property is really beautiful and all of the staff that I encountered, from the ED, to the dining room staff, all were most friendly and kind. And speaking of the dining room, the FOOD was all fantastic and delicious. Above and beyond my expectations.

I give high praise to both Judy at the front desk and Robyn Wheat in marketing for caring so deeply about the residents and the services they provide. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and kindness from every staff member you pass. The staff take the time to build relationships with the residents. Management communicates well and are responsive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful and clean, with lovely seasonal decor that makes it feel like home. There’s a real sense of community, and I always enjoy visiting. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe and caring home for their loved ones.
